I just recently started doing diaper cakes and am trying to figure out the best way to get the animals and extras to stay attached to the cake. I have tryed using safety pins but they show and don't look very professional, and i don't want to use a hot glue gun because of fear of damaging the stuffed animal.

do you charge a standard price like $30 for a 2tier cake and additional 15 for the things you put on it. . or does it depend on what goes on it... cause you can put things like mobils and stuff which would cost a lil more than towels and wash clothes and little things.

If you don't know what a diaper cake is here is an example, This is not my website, just an idea for you to see what they look like I really like the idea of alliteration with a three word name for my diaper cake business and since they are called " cakes" maybe something to do with a " bakery" or " pastries" . I also make washcloth lollipops and candy, diaper wreaths and an assortment of other baby shower crafts,so I don't want it to do strictly with diaper cakes. Diaper Cakes vs Diaper Wreathes?
Ok so my girlfriends friend is having her first child and my gf is wanting to go all out. She is looking online at diaper cakes and she is like omg this is going to be hard. My mother did a diaper wreath for my daughter and so I pulled up pictures of each. My question is for you women out there that have done both. Which do you think is easier and less expensive? She likes the cakes and wreaths both but can not decide. Any advice well be much appreciated. Thank you
